Aid to take

Teams are invited to take items to donate to the CDPF that might be useful for their projects. See the CDPF page for details of their current projects.

1. CLOTHING FOR CHILDREN
All second hand clothes should be clean and in good condition without stains. Winters are very cold and last long, summers are hot and short.
• Shoes, boots & sneakers, sizes for children aged 5 to 18 years; boots/shoes with thick lining are especially needed for the winter
• All kind of pants - trousers, jeans, jogging pants
• Coats, Jackets – very warm
• T-shirts
• Socks – Cotton/ Woolen, (thick)
• Warm Sweaters/Jumpers
• New Underwear: winter (including thermals) and regular
• Hats, Scarves & Gloves – very warm
• Finger gloves (middle of fingers to nails are not covered)

All electrical and mechanical items must be new. Regularly replaced items and spare parts must be included as they may not be available locally.
For electrical items the voltage is 220 with two pin sockets (European style) or 3 pin UK style (as items are often brought in from Singapore).

What about medicine?

Medicine can be difficult with customs - we are trying to get more details on this but if anyone else can investigate and report back here it would be a big help.
